With a clubhouse, large outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, and an open-grass park, there's lots to do! The Landings Racquet & Swim Club is a not-for-profit corporation consisting of 13 Trustees who manage the recreational budget, functions, and facilities for The Landings. The Landings community was built in 1977-80 and consists of 100 condominium units, 108 homes, and a recreational area. Residents of The Landings, by virtue of their property titles, receive membership privileges to use The Landings Racquet & Swim Club facilities. Adjacent to the clubhouse and tennis court is a small shopping plaza with six eating establishments, a childcare center, a bank, two insurance companies, a furniture store, jeweler, bicycle store, barber shop, beauty shop, boutique, urgent care facility, copy store, and medical offices. Although it is not affiliated with The Landings' homes, condos, and club, it was built in the same architectural style and provides great services to Landings residents and their guests.
