LBC Capital Income Fund, LLC is a private mortgage fund that provides short term bridge and interim financing to investment residential and commercial properties in California. LBC Capital Income Fund, LLC also acquires, creates, underwrites, services, and sells privately funded first and second trust deed loans for residential and commercial real estate primarily in the State of California. Our mission is to provide the highest risk adjusted return to our investors, while minimizing the risk. Our underwriting staff prides itself on through due diligence and invests when there is adequate downside projection. We represent the interest of our investors and do not make our management fee until the investor makes preferred return.
