LEAD currently has a human resource base of more than 5,000 highly qualified and extensively experienced personnel and plans to grow to 6,000 by the end of the year. Today, LEAD is recruiting young talented engineers and managers to be part of its continued growth and success. LEAD not only has been fortunate enough to be unaffected by the world financial crisis, but has actually continued to grow during these difficult times. As a result, the company has been able to secure contracts for construction work with multinational companies for the next five years (until 2013).
