Burnside Enterprises has recently begun to offer asbestos inspection services in addition to our lead-based paint inspection services. We have inspected several hundred single-family homes in Colorado & Oklahoma over the past 10 years. Many of these have been full inspections on foreclosed properties for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. We've also inspected housing for property management companies managing rental properties and for home buyers concerned about the possible presence of LBP in their new homes. We also provide lead paint detection and asbestos testing services for contractors working on homes so they can plan their work in compliance with EPA guidelines. Burnside Enterprises, LLC has also inspected many multi-family complexes such as condominiums, apartment complexes and buildings being renovated for use as multi-family complexes.
