LeanWerks delivers better products because of our commitment to value and grow our employees. We offer motivated employees a proprietary Technical Excellence Training (TExT) program, giving them 10 levels of professional qualifications, from trainee to senior engineer. Upon completing components of TExT program, employees are prepared for certifications recognized by The American Society of Quality, The Shingo Institute and the Society for Manufacturing Engineers. We routinely invest in external employee leadership training and human development. We employ a healthy mix of industry veterans and recent college grads to provide an eclectic mix of ideas and fresh thinking. We enthusiastically endorse and utilize an Open Book Management philosophy-giving every employee insight into company financials and key performance indicators. We are members of local college and university advisory boards, giving us a voice to influence curriculum that will qualify future machinists and engineers for the skills and knowledge we need.
