We are a locally owned and operated Property Management Services Company assisting those in the Bath/Brunswick area. Leaver Properties LLC was established in 2007 by owner, Jonathan Leaver. We specialize in managing single family homes and summer rentals for clients who own homes in our catchment area. We provide our clients and tenants with timely action and strive to achieve the best service possible.
