St Ouen's bay has been a part of the Baker family life long before taking over the café in 2012. It is where they raised their children in the surf, battled windy dog walks and enjoyed countless sunsets with friends. With a longstanding passion for food, drink and a background in hospitality, taking over Le Braye in the spring of 2012 was a natural next step. A love for St Ouen's influences every aspect of Le Braye: it is a place designed for everyone who feels this way. Whether it's watching balmy midsummer sunsets on the terrace with a bowl of local crab linguine and a pichet of our Gascon 'vin du patron' -you may even witness our Jazz quartet-, doing yoga on the terrace or enjoying a midwinter breakfast nestled by the wood burner, Le Braye allows you and all the family to enjoy St Ouen's bay in all its seasons.
