Since 1962, Ledford Engineering has established a solid reputation for quality and service. The relationships we've developed with our customers, employees and suppliers are the key to our success. Effective communications, trust and proven results are the cornerstones of these relationships. Our primary goal is to design and build dies that ensure the success of our customer's tooling programs. We have kept pace with many recent technological advances. In March of 2006 we added a second Mitutoyo CMM to expand our part inspection capabilities. In July of 2008 we added a fourth CNC Maching Center, a Johnford MNC 2100H. Our most important assets are the veteran designers, programmers, machinists and die makers we employ. We have always concentrated on hiring, training and retaining people who are highly committed to quality craftsmanship and customer service. We occupy a 17,500 square foot facility located adjacent to Interstate 380 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Eastern Iowa Airport is within a 10 minute drive from our plant and is served by United, Delta, Northwest, American and Allegiant airlines. We are within a four to five hour drive to Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
