Lighting as a Service (LaaS) is LEDSUR's turnkey service designed to increase business performance and profit. With Lighting as a Service, we design and install your commercial lighting upgrade and maintain your lighting over the life of the engagement - all while eliminating the need to make a CapEx decision. LaaS is billed as a monthly fee, based on what you have saved. Your lighting upgrade is self-funded through your savings. There are no upfront costs and subscribers are immediately cash flow positive. After the contract ends, you keep the lamps and continue long term savings on your utility payments. We are your lighting consultants to retrofit and upgrade your lighting systems. We provide the LED lamps, installation and maintenance as well as installation project management and logistics. We also provide a wide range of high quality LED products. We are authorized re-seller for our products so you get the warranty directly from us.
