Leeda Northeast

Leeda Northeast, Inc., a stable organization that has been in existence for over 15 years, is owned and operated by Winifred Hosking who holds a Master's Degree of Public Administration. Winnie has worked in the field for over 34 years in various capacities including Adult Services Director, Nursing Home Administrator, and teacher at a Community College level. The organization has few administrative levels so that staff can get a fast response to questions and ongoing support. Leeda Northeast has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that provide direction to staff and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local rules and regulations.
