Lee Precision is continuing operations with a skeleton crew during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our order volume has dramatically increased, but our staff numbers have decreased. You can help by not calling to check on the status of your order or calling to place product orders. If a product shows out of stock on our website, that product has been allocated to pending distributor and dealer orders. Please reach out to one of our distributors or dealers to place an order/backorder. All service parts for products are readily available for purchase on our website. All orders are processed in the order they are received. The current backlog is one week. Our support staff is also very limited. Again, you can help by not calling. Most of the common questions can be answered through our support center. Frequent questions and answers are here along with help videos. If you can't find an answer, emailing us through the support center will provide you with the quickest answer. We will typically respond within 15 minutes upon receipt of your email Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, outside those times, expect a response within 24 hours. If you are thinking about starting to reload, you found the best place to start. Reloading indeed saves you money, and no manufacturer saves you more than Lee.
