That will be acquiring an Extraction Company that will focus on providing the extraction of the hemp from the bio-mass and then providing extracts for our retail company as well as extracts and distillates that other wholesale customers may request. As well Legacy would have a Retail Hemp and Health company: This company would provide several retail products direct to the retail market as well as custom products to the wholesale market.
