Whether it's senior housing or commercial architecture planning and design, our work begins by helping clients determine a project's feasibility and actual costs. Our team of in-house land use and zoning specialists provide a comprehensive analysis of fees the project may incur such as system development charges and permits. We then help our clients determine how a piece of property will accommodate an existing program or a brilliant new idea. During the early planning stages, we're thinking through how the building will be used. We put ourselves in the place of the user-how will the seniors in a retirement community interact with the facility and landscape design? Will a medical office's design make the staffs' job easier and the patient feel secure? Will the design of a retail building warmly invite customers in and speak to the business' brand?
