We are highly skilled in providing value engineering whenever possible and as required on an individual project basis. The company has completed projects ranging from tenant improvements and custom homes to large commercial and industrial projects of all types. Frank Lepori Construction's operation is unique and separate from most General Contractors, as we have the ability to perform our own earthwork, landscape/irrigation, concrete, carpentry, millwork and painting. Because we have the ability to perform these services utilizing our own work force rather than using subcontractors, we can better control the project and provide the best value for our Client's budget.
