All the conditions of service provision are clearly identified in the relevant parts of AIP of the Republic of Latvia. These conditions relate to the operational limitations only. Customer satisfaction is the main focus of the Company. LGS does not discriminate its customers on grounds of nationality or identity. LGS provides all airspace users with equal quality services. The main revenue source for LGS are air navigation charges collected for the rendered service and there is no financing from the State budget. Moreover, LGS is one of the largest tax payers in Latvia. Back
