We have 5 locations: Lakeland Health Services, Plymouth Lakeland Health Services, St. Cloud Restore Sleep Center, Blaine Aspen Sleep Disorders Center, Bandana Square, St. Paul. This lab is jointly owned with Aspen Medical Group. Sleep Center of Central Minnesota, Baxter, MN. This lab is jointly owned and managed by Lakeland Health Services
