Kirk Pratt is a graduate of University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and Florida as well as a certified real estate teaching instructor in New Jersey. Liberty Bell Realty, started in 1976, was acquired by Mr. Pratt in 1991 and he has continued its growth. To better serve the needs of our distinguished customers and expand opportunities, he founded Sequoia Real Estate Corporation in 2009. Mr. Pratt has over 25 years experience in the real estate and building industry. He has been Director of Sales and Marketing for Ackerman & Pratt Custom Builders Inc, builders of prestigious custom homes, where he personally oversaw the marketing, sales, layout, design, development and construction for hundreds of custom homes in a variety of exclusive communities and settings throughout Southern New Jersey. He takes pride in his ability to conceptualize the customer's needs and dreams while bringing their home or commercial project to life. This legacy also continues today through Pratt Construction Inc. Additionally, he owns and manages a variety of commercial properties and has corporate interests in several new home communities. His services include but are not limited to land development, site improvements, layout, design and construction management. He specializes in, and welcomes unique and ambitious projects. Our mission is to provide excellent service for our clients focusing on a high level of professionalism and integrity and to act in a proactive manner to fill vacancies, increase asset value and sell properties. As property owners and developers ourselves, we have a wealth of business experience and knowledge which we draw from. We manage each project as if it were our own with the utmost care and attention to details.
