Liberty Equipment Repair

Liberty Equipment started in business in 1988 as a service business that made repairs to all makes of trucks and equipment. Bob and Missy Chambers, founders of the company, set out to create a service oriented business based on Bob's ability to work on just about anything. He worked extremely hard and began to surround himself with extremely talented individuals that are still with the company today. In 1997, Tony Minor was hired and transformed Liberty into a parts retailer and wholesaler based on his background with a local International truck dealership. Tony now heads up a parts department with well over a 100 years of experience and an average of 7 years with the company for each employee. Our service department is run by Keith Armstrong and Steve Grinde. Keith started with us in early 2001. He quickly became our lead technician and was promoted to service manager in July 2004. Steve joined us in July 2005. Steve's 15 year background in equipment meshes perfectly with Keith's heavy truck experience. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in parts, customer service and service departments. Throughout the years, our service department has grown to include several shop technicians, 4 field technicians, a machine shop and staff, and 2 equipment delivery trucks and staff. Along the way, Liberty has been able to attract and hire some extremely dynamic individuals that make this company what it is today. We have a team environment in the way we work and we look out for each other through hard work and respect. Our growth has been consistent over the years and the diversity we have been able to achieve has enabled us to work with most of the local businesses in the area. Liberty Equipment continues to add manufacturers that enhance our relationships with our customers.
