We've been nationally recognized for our ability to organize systems, assess healthcare organization problems and develop and implement systems and solutions to those problems. It's our specific experience in delivering quality assessment and review services for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), such as state-wide quality reviews for the State of Indiana since 2008 and region-wide quality reviews for the District of Columbia since 2010, that brought us to the attention of North Carolina's State Medicaid agency, the Division of Medical Assistance. Our background in clinical experience providing supports and services to the IDD, mental illness and elderly populations gives us both the clinical understanding as well as a skilled manager's understanding of the challenges of how to interact with people with intellectual disabilities, the elderly and people with mental health issues. We are proud to have been chosen by North Carolina's State Medicaid agency, the Division of Medical Assistance, as their partner in administering the Independent Assessment program for Medicaid beneficiaries who may be eligible for Personal Care Services (PCS).
