The Libo Cosmetics Company, Ltd. designs and manufactures excellent cosmetic packaging solutions. Our manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan, China and in Changhua, Taiwan. Established on January 1, 2000, we've become a medium-sized enterprise with production and management facilities covering over 40,000 square meters and employing over 650 professionals. Not bad for just over a decade of growth.
