LIPINSKI TELEKOM

LIPINSKI TELEKOM is a family-owned business founded more than 60 years ago in Berlin. We design, sell, install and manage system solutions in the areas communications and security technology. The origins of LIPINSKI TELEKOM go back to the company W. Lipinski KG formed by Wilhelm Lipinski in 1949. Renamed LIPINSKI TELEKOM GmbH in 1990, we used to operate as exclusive partners of Telenorma, BOSCH Telekom and later TENOVIS in the business area of telecommunications technology for many years. Following the takeover of the former TENOVIS by AVAYA, we have been an exclusive AVAYA Business Partner since 2004. LIPINSKI TELEKOM is certified with the AVAYA Diamond Enterprise Partner Status since October 2016. This is the highes partner status of AVAYA, where the supplement Enterprise describes the permission to serve the complete AVAYA portfolio. Contemporary is LIPINSKI TELEKOM awarded as "Partner in Customer Excellence" by AVAYA, which is based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys requested within the last 12 month. In 2008, we moreover became one of the first members of the intermediate new established TEAM AVAYA status. We did pass successfully the on-site certification exam "AVAYA Service Assessment Implementation & Maintenance and SME expert". In June 2018 we were honored for the second time after 2014 as "AVAYA Full Stack Partner of the Year ". In the security technology area, we rely predominantly on products by the vendor BOSCH.
