Lenczner Slaght is committed to protecting the health and safety of all firm members, clients, and other guests of the firm. Consistent with this commitment, effective September 2021, the firm has implemented a Mandatory Vaccination Policy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This policy requires all firm members to be fully vaccinated, provide proof of vaccination status, or request and be granted an exemption to the policy based on a protected ground under the Human Rights Code, as a condition of employment.
