Little Muenster

Little Muenster is a fast-casual grilled cheese concept with one location in Manhattan's Lower East Side & another the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. The location on Stanton Street opened in November of 2011, and Front Street in September of 2012. The third location of Little Muenster will be opening in the Dining Concourse of Brookfield Place at the WFC in January of 2014. Little Muenster was founded by Vanessa Palazio & Adam Schneider. The restaurant specializes in creating "super fancy" grilled cheese sandwiches. They are committed to providing high quality sandwiches, soups, salads, sides and desserts using locally sourced seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The feeling of Little Muenster is to invoke a memory of childhood; sitting around a friend's New England style kitchen counter enjoying the classic American sandwich.
