Liverpool Innovation Park

Liverpool Innovation Park is owned and operated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and managed by CBRE's property and asset management division. The Homes and Communities Agency is the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England, and the Regulator of Social Housing Providers. CBRE's Liverpool Property and Asset Management team has been instructed by the HCA to manage the extensive 22 acre, 398,000 sq ft Innovation Park on Edge Lane.
