Founded in 2012, LobsterCraft began as a food truck that became a local favorite at food festivals and private & corporate events throughout New England. Featured in Flavored Nation's search for the best and most iconic lobster roll in 2016, LobsterCraft's Coastal Roll was a clear winner. Since then, the Captain's been hard at work, successfully opening three seasonal restaurants in West Hartford, South Norwalk, and soon to come in Greenwich.
