Logivations

The Logivations team is implementing solutions in logistics optimization already for approximately 20 years. Based on this long experience Logivations is managing projects using an agile process model. The Agile Software Development method (see e. g. Scrum) proposes an incremental and iterative approach to software & project design as well as its implementation. The main advantage of this approach is given by including direct feedback of all involved people in all stages of the project. This can be achieved by creating an intermediate result after each iteration (also called sprint). This version can directly be tested by the customer. With the resulting feedback a continuous improvement to the requirements as well as to the solution is possible.
