Los Sueños Resort, as a vertical company, designs, markets and develops every detail and aspect of the resort in-house. Juan Carlos' team of architects and draftsmen are working on a number of projects at the moment, including the soon to be released Vista Los Sueños, which is destined to be yet another glorious example of the development team's innovation and expertise. Vista Los Sueños will encompass some of the most exclusive properties in Los Sueños and will provide phenomenal views of the resort, rolling hills and verdant greens of La Iguana golf course, the crystalline waters of Herradura Bay and the awe inspiring expanse of the Pacific Ocean beyond. Los Sueños CEO and Developer, Bill Royster, foresees the construction of condominiums modeled after the incredibly successful Terrazas de Marbella and Montebello Residences properties, as well as single-family villas. Although Vista Los Sueños is still in the planning and development stages, it is certain to be an elite collection of residences similar to those forming the exclusive neighborhood of Altamira. We will be taking reservations for the first phase of Vista Los Sueños in the first quarter of 2007 with construction to commence in the second quarter.
