Lawrence Semiconductor Research Laboratory, Inc. (LSRL) is a privately held corporation, founded in 1992. LSRL supplies custom epitaxial growth as a service for commercial organizations as well as for government and academic use. The company has serviced hundreds of customers in over 20 countries around the world. Customers include Fortune 500 and international companies. LSRL helps its customers develop new products and supports those products into full mass production. LSRL also supplies research and development for new Group-IV semiconductor materials.
