Luker Chocolate

We are a Japanese chocolate factory founded in 1983. We produce luxury chocolates that are not sold in conventional shops and supermarkets. We came across Luker Chocolate a few years ago through a distributor and became interested in its chocolate. When we approved its flavour, we travelled to Colombia and were impressed by operations at Granja Luker, so much so that two years ago we bought our own cocoa plantation, which is now managed by the company. We are very excited to say that by the time this book will be published, we will already have had our first harvest.
