Lukos Group SA is a holding company with headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland, registered as a stock company with share capital of 100 000 CHF. The main activities of our company are focused on structuring, development and implementation of industrial and energy projects in Central and Southeastern Europe. The main areas of activity are: Production of fruit puree (Lukos Agro) Energy sector (Lukos Energy) Consulting Services (Lukos Consulting) Our strategy in each of these areas is based on an efficient and innovative approach to key stages of each project. In the shortest period possible this strategy provides the optimal level of production, the necessary raw materials and creates a strong potential for sustained economic growth. We are basing our business activities on new technologies that provide the highest level of environmental protection and make the best possible results in the long run. At this point Lukos Group performs these activities in several countries of Southeast Europe, primarily in Croatia through its companies Lukos Grupa d.o.o with headquarters in Rijeka and Lukos Agro d.o.o based in Slovenia, Puconci. From 2011 the area of our work shall spread to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
