Luther Village offers plenty of services, while leaving owners the choice to select those they want. Our facilities are extensive, from great restaurants, to banking, to a well-equipped wood shop . An extensive menu of services is covered by each homeowners monthly maintenance fee: Campus security Personal security enhanced by in-home security system and telephone connection to lobby for screening visitors Scheduled transportation for personal errands and group excursions off campus Most exterior maintenance Landscaping, snow and leaf removal Cable TV, including an in-house information channel Emergency call buttons in bathrooms/bedrooms Access to all shops/amenities on campus Access to full calendar of social/educational/recreational activities Access to Luther Village Wellness Center Fitness Center with swimming pool Optional Services Because each homeowner has different preferences and needs, some services are left to personal choice and are only paid for if used.
