LUXLAIT

The starting point of Luxlait's history is the year 1894. In fact, this year a private company called "Central dairy" was founded. This dairy grew to an organization and changed its name to "Central Dairy". The activities of the dairy industry experienced a strong upturn as a result of the compulsory restructuring of the Luxembourg dairy industry during the second world war. The volume of milk delivered daily rose from 2000 liters at the end of the thirties to 40, 000 liters at the end of the second world war.
