L`viv Consulting Group was founded in 1997 to provide investment consulting services. By year 2001 total capitalization of companies that had attracted foreign investments with LCG help amounted to $20 millions, with 15 thousand newly created jobs. In 2001 LCG consultants developed LCG Search and Selection methodology and added Executive Search as a new service offering. In 2002-2008 LCG consultants created new approaches and consulting products related to development of managerial and leadership skills, corporate culture transformation, enhancement of organizational effectiveness and management competencies auditing.
