Lynnwood Properties LLC was formed in 2012 from our parent company of R. Miller Properties, which was established in 1997. We are still the same proud owners of our family owned business. The only thing that has changed is the name. We still provide the same quality service that we have become known for throughout the area. Our company 's mission is to provide quality housing at an affordable price. We specialize in property acquisitions, renovations and rehabilitation, sales and rentals. We place a great deal of emphasis on the satisfaction of our customers and their kind words will attest to that. Here at Lynnwood we pride ourselves in the operation of an honest business. Our rental services include a multitude of 2-4 bedroom single family homes, which are located primarily in the city of Bradford and surrounding area. All units meet all local code requirements and are inspected annually by local code authority. We will never rent a unit that is substandard or one that we would not live in ourselves. Our property acquisition and sales service is composed of purchasing distressed properties and giving them a complete makeover. We often update plumbing, electric, interior and exterior cosmetics.
