Lynxeye is an independent management consultancy firm with the aim to become one of the world's top three authorities within brand management. We will get there by our continuous work to create profitable brands that matter - brands that thrill people and thus become profitable success stories for our clients. To make sure we create brands that truly matter, we dig deep to find the fundamental consumer secrets which have not yet been perceived or exploited by the market. We call those secrets "Core Target Insights". Our role is to translate the Core Target Insights into actionable strategies in all steps of the brand journey to secure our clients' long lasting market impact. Our frameworks and models are under continuous development, always with our Core Insight philosophy as the guiding star, and incorporate the best of the principles used around the world. To be an authority in the field we cannot afford to be one step behind. The Core Insight philosophy is the red thread through everything we do and in combination with the latest expertise, ideas and research we have a winning model placing us in the forefront of total brand management. The company was founded in 1999 by the former Procter & Gamble employees, Christian Ihre and Johan Ekelin, who were soon after joined by Richard Törnblom from McKinsey & Co. We only recruit the best, and most of our consultants throughout the world have previously built brands at the larger FMCG companies, developed market and corporate strategies at the leading management consulting firms, or conducted market research at leading research firms.
