Lyons Estates

Lyons Estates is a small firm of Jersey estate agents launched on June 10th 2008 by Pat Lyons, (previously of Rock Property) who has worked as an estate agent in Jersey for the past ten years. Pat has been running her own successful businesses for nearly 25 years, during which time she passed her law degree LL.B Hons through Nottingham Law School and went on to complete the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) and spent one year in London in order to qualify as a Barrister. Pat is a member of Grays Inn and holds extensive knowledge of property law, which is essential to the personal service she provides at Lyons Estates. Pat also completed 18 months of Officers Training in the TA before she went to Sandhurst Military Academy. Buying and selling property in Jersey can be a stressful experience at the best of times, and in the current challenging market conditions the pressures are even greater, especially for those buying for the first time. Pat’s trademark, unlike some of her competitors is to offer a personal and supportive service to make the whole process of buying and selling as easy and stress free as possible.
