Lyvly creates bespoke long-term communities and we invest a lot in understanding an applicant before offering them a place. Our communities are for professionals, entrepreneurs, designers and more, generally aged 23-40, non-smoking and unique. Our rooms are not available to students, people without work or couples looking to share a room.
