Mäurer & Wirtz is a family business now in the fifth generation - and so the manufacturer of fragrances and care products has set itself the goal of promoting the best possible balance between professional life and everyday family life for its employees. For the third time in succession, Mäurer & Wirtz has been awarded the "audit berufundfamilie" certificate for the conditions that it offers in this regard. The certificate is awarded by the Board of Trustees of berufundfamilie Service GmbH as a quality seal for a strategically designed HR policy that takes family life into account. Out of a total of 106 organisations that were honoured, only around twenty percent, like Mäurer & Wirtz, have received three consecutive awards for their sustained commitment to a work-life balance.
