M2 Animation is an active animation house situated in Bangkok's fashionable Thong Lor area. We are a multi-faceted production facility, focusing primarily on high-spec CG & 2D character-based animation for Series, TV Commercial and Short Film formats. With a studio of 200 hard-working, clever-minded Directors, Artists and Producers, M2 Animation is able to deliver with equal strength on three major fronts: Conceptual Pre-production (Art, Design, Storyboard, Edit) Animation Production (Model, Rig, Texture, Layout, Animation) Final Output (Lighting, FX, Render, Composite) Our combination of 85% local staff and 15% foreigners brings a rare coupling of Eastern & Western sensibility, creativity and performance. Having both CPU and GPU render capabilities, our variety of formats can be tackled with a variety of solutions. Our studio is approved by the Thai government via the Board of Investment (BOI) program, which allows us - along with the fantastic weather, food, and culture - to attract some of the best talent from within Thailand and around the globe. South East Asia meets Europe meets North America to bring world-class quality with affordability. We fit the big picture into any screen size. Our animation studio consists of more than 230 CGI artists and the team is growing. We can take a project through a full production cycle; Creative development, directing, storyboarding, editing, modeling, rigging, layout, animation, lighting, fx, compositing and grading.
