When the MAAS Company was founded in 1987, we focused on the issues and concerns surrounding schools, colleges and universities. At the time, the opportunities for educational planning projects and managing the construction of educational facilities were abundant. We understood then as now that premier educational environments bring about a better future for the next generations. In the meantime, we have organized the company into two distinct areas of focus: EISPRO and MAAS Consulting Services. - EISPRO provides extensive project and program management services in support of large, public bond-financed college construction projects like College of the Desert and Foothill-DeAnza College District. These projects also use our proprietary financial management and accounting software PROMPT.ed™. - The MAAS education consulting team offer a range of education-related consulting services, from financial aid consulting , to educational master planning , to accreditation and compliance consulting. With expanded services and a renewed shared vision for the future, our products and services help our clients create new educational programs, advance institutional initiatives, develop credible strategy roadmaps, create new ways to attract resources, and systematically manage and control projects, in accordance with internal and external compliance requirements.
