MacConvilles

MacConvilles were appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators by Guild Care and were involved from initial project inception through to completion on site. Haviland House was part of the wider development of the former Northbrook College site. As Project Managers we liaised closely with the other adjoining sites to ensure the shared access and services were well managed to avoid delay to the programme. As Cost Consultants we helped set the initial project budget and successfully negotiated the contract sum with the preferred Contractor. Cost control was maintained throughout the project and the scheme was delivered under budget. The project was successfully completed in October 2014 with the first residents taking occupation in January 2015.
