MacKay Manufacturing

Since 1986, MacKay Manufacturing Inc. has produced high-performance machined parts and sub-assemblies along with the highest quality surgical instruments and devices. These parts are painstakingly crafted by a very experienced manufacturing team. Over 40% of MacKay's employees have been with the company for over 10 years. These people work as scientific artists who intimately understand the complex manufacturing processes required to meet the critical needs of our customers. Most of MacKay's machinists are college educated and have received at least 2 years of quality on-the-job-training in our facility. We have developed our own machinist-training curriculum, as it had been nearly impossible to find employees with the experience we demand.
