(Ody) Mackin, PE (act. â€" ret.) (the company's founder and Chairman of the Board) is joined by his son, Dean I. Mackin, CEO and Thomas E. Riester, PE, President in overseeing our 80+ multi-disciplinary staff, which includes dedicated professionals in the fields of civil engineering, construction inspection/construction management, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, planning, surveying and more.
