Madigan Construction has been serving Loudoun County, and surrounding areas, with our Residential and Commercial services for close to 30 years. As a native to Loudoun County, our Founder and President, Jim Madigan, has taken great pride in striving for excellence in every facet of the industry. As this County and area continues to grow exponentially, Jim's desire is to contribute to this growth in a manner that represents integrity, honor, diligence and hard work. Madigan Construction is a company committed to excellence and committed to assisting its clientele in reaching their goals with quality, time efficiency and budget constraints in mind. Growing from a primarily Residential company, specializing in custom home building, remodels & restorations - Madigan Construction is now mainly focused on Commercial projects; ranging from a complete site work package to the construction of retail centers, office buildings, churches, maintenance facilities, sales/rentals/& service centers, and tenant and owner build-outs. As we do maintain a slight percentage of Residential contracts; the majority of our work is in the Commercial realm. We are a fully equipped Construction Company capable of delivering quality craftsmanship in a timely & cost effective manner. When meeting goals and performing within given time constraints, Madigan Construction is able to draw on our own resources - our 30 member field crew is comprised of highly skilled workers who have training and experience in all fields of construction, to include expertise in site work, commercial facilities and residential builiding.
