The Mahaffy Group at Realty Trust was formed in 2010, with the belief that we can provide a higher level of service to our clients by working as a Team then as individual agents. We came together because we all had the same core belief in how we run our business. We saw that most agents in our business work by themselves and spend the majority of their time prospecting for new business utilizing methods such as cold calling; knocking on doors; direct mail; and spending massive amounts of money on self-promotion. he relationships that formed tended to be very transactional and short lived. HOW WE WORK: By Referral:We devote ourselves to serving the needs of our clients before, during, and after each transaction.All we ask in return is that during and after the transaction, you refer your friends and family to us so we can serve you not only during the sale or purchase of your home, but long after. As a Team:Since most agents tend to work by themselves and wear multiple hats, they tend not to do anything really well. he benefits of working with a team are really three fold: 1.Specialization: By focusing on our core strengths, such as working with sellers; buyers, and all the administrative support needed, we can provide a higher level of service to our clients. 2.Energy:We've found that to be at the top of our game, we can't work 7 days a week.Just like a professional athlete who needs to rest between workouts, we need to spend time with our families, turn off the phone and recover. he benefit to our clients is that we are at the top of our game when we are ON and we have other members on the Team who can cover for us when we recharge. 3.Experience:With over 50 years of experience between all of us on the Team. f one of us runs into something we haven't seen before, we have knowledge to find the answer and the best course of action.
