MDBNL, through its Technical Services Department, provides assistance and technical advice to such customers so that they can enjoy the better quality picture and sound, and more channels in the digital era. MDBNL also conducts consumer awareness on digital migration to bridge the knowledge gap among members of the general public to ensure that the Malawi population has adequate relevant and accurate information necessary for them to understand, appreciate, be ready and willing to migrate to digital broadcasting. MDBNL manages a Customer Experience Centre which operates between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs during weekdays; and between 08:00hrs and 15:00hrs during weekends and Public Holidays. Some of the services include: Receiving visitors to MDBNL premises Answering enquiries from the public Provision of information about our products and services Handling customer complaints and/or queries.
