Malibu Presbyterian Church

We're a family church who simply aims to follow Christ in all we do. From flip flops to suits, from Pacific Palisades to Agoura Hills, we keep it simple and strive to connect with one another and with God through all aspects of life. Founded over 60 years ago, Malibu Pres continues to serve our community and represent hope and healing in our often turbulent world. We dedicate much time and effort to our Pepperdine students (Tuesday night UM), to local and global mission and to the families of our community. For over thirty years, our preschool has started many of our precious little ones off on the right footing. In 2007 a wildfire completely destroyed our sanctuary, offices and preschool, but seven years later, we look back on the many gifts that came from adversity and are excited about warming up our new sanctuary and classrooms. Yet our focus continues on our family, our community, and hopefully, representing light and hope to all who are looking for God and purpose. What to expect on Sunday? Our services are quite similar in content and length. We dress in everything from flip flops and shorts to casual dress - come as you feel comfortable. Services include songs, a sermon, a children's sermon, and people from our community sharing various things. How to get involved? We realize it's easy to disappear in a crowd and that's the last thing we want to have happen. Please introduce yourself to us! There are several ways to get involved.
