We maintain a safe workplace that is based on mutual respect, fairness and integrity . Maloma Colliery Limited(MCL) is currently the only operational coal mine within the Kingdom of Eswatini. We are located in the Shiselweni Region of the landlocked Kingdom, 25km west from the village of Nsoko in the Southern part of the Kingdom. The mine commenced it's operations in 1992 and produces Anthracite products, primarily consummed by the metallurgical markets in South Africa. MCL is committed to ensuring that our investors receive maximum returns through operational excellence. The Board of Directors of Maloma Colliery Limited is made up of 8 members who are committed to corporate governance standards consistent with best practices in the natural resources sector. Over and above all, we understand that there is no MCL without the people we serve hence we have a strong culture of corporate social responsibility.
