Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation was founded by James Chiu, Diana Chiu, George Chiu and K.C. Chang in Brampton, Ontario in 1979. Today, the Asian buffet franchise has grown to 17 locations across southwestern Ontario and employs more than 1,500 people. The success of each new location is based on the original principles of customer service and food quality that made the first Mandarin successful.
