Manhasset High School

The Friends of Manhasset Crew, Inc. (FOMC) is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization founded in 2005 to establish a rowing program at Manhasset High School and to support financially and otherwise the Manhasset High School Rowing Team. It is one of only a handful of organizations supporting a public high school rowing team in New York State. It's Executive Board advocates for the team and its coaches to the school and oversees parent committees of the Manhasset High School Rowing Team. FOMC has touched the lives of hundreds of young men and women. Many of our student athletes have gone on to row and cox at the collegiate level in both club and Division 1 schools. FOMC has evolved through the years, helping the team to expand in size and scope, while simultaneously maintaining its commitment and mission to promoting the sport of rowing, integrity, discipline and the value of teamwork to the students of Manhasset High School.
